The Execu|Search Group Volunteers With Dress For Success

The Execu|Search Group recently volunteered to host a virtual panel discussion for Dress for Success—an organization dedicated to empowering women globally to successfully navigate the world of work.

The event was moderated by The Execu|Search Group’s Lisa Carver, and 28 attendees heard from speakers from different divisions within the firm including:

  • Shelly McCann – Managing Director of ES Healthcare, a division of The Execu|Search Group
  • Erin Lenke – Staffing Manager of ES Healthcare, a division of The Execu|Search Group
  • Lisa Rizzo – Managing Director, Temporary Division
  • Jennifer Hatton – Vice President of ES Technology, a division of The Execu|Search Group

The two-hour discussion covered topics such as the value of contract work, the state of the current job market, and ways to build a professional network and work with recruiters to find jobs. Following the event, our team led a Q&A that further helped women with tips for updating their resumes, navigating virtual interviews, answering tough interview questions, and explaining gaps in employment due to COVID-19.

“Over the years, we have been very dedicated to partnering with Dress for Success to help women feel empowered and confident in their job search,” says Lisa. “In this virtual world we have suddenly found ourselves living in, people are facing more challenges than ever. To help these women get on the right path to employment, we’re always here to be a resource.”
